'Google AJAX Language API'を使って、自分の書いた本文を翻訳してみるボタンをつけてみました。投稿フォーム、テキストエリア右上にあります。
デフォルトは英語で、セレクタ切替えでアラビア語やロシア語やチェコ語に翻訳されます。

試行錯誤してみたところ250文字までしか翻訳できないようなので、長文の場合は250文字でカットされます。
